Ted Varani is an accomplished entrepreneurial leader with over 25 years of experience in global strategy, business development, and operational management. He has successfully navigated companies through complex transitions across different industries, including biomanufacturing, specialized materials, textiles, IT, public infrastructure, urban transit, and medical devices. Originally hailing from Minnesota, Ted’s career has taken him across the globe, including extended stays in France, Japan, and China. From start-ups to Fortune 200 multinationals, he has driven transformative projects with a knack for turning challenges into opportunities. Now based in Paris, he continues to embrace the adventure of working on the cutting edge of innovation, with a focus on novel new materials, among others.
When he’s not at the office, Ted is a dedicated dad to two kids and enjoys striking a balance between work and his personal passions. A talented guitarist and music lover, he still has trouble choosing between Miles Davis or Guns N Roses.
