How We do It

We choose to (in no particular order) ...

• work with people we like and we trust who see something in their vision ahead which is inspiring to us

• work on projects that engage our imaginations and energy and draw us in

• help others achieve their goals and in doing so find that our goals are also achieved 

• put principles, purpose, and people ahead of profits

• put faith, family, friends, and other important life factors ahead of work or play 

• avoid negative people

• work hard to listen well, early and often - to avoid making all that we see into nails just because we are good with a hammer

• turn down opportunities to engage in work or play when it is likely to make us get sideways with our choices, principles and purposes

• build friendships with others in innovation, enterprise, encouragement and growth ... rather than seek clients or contracts or cash

• be transparent about our values, principles, faith, the truth, the facts, our shortcomings, our limitations, and our desire to encourage

• be part of solutions and avoid being part of problems 

• be grateful and never hateful

• honor our giants on whose shoulders we have stood for a long time and will continue to stand

• humbly strive to be giants with broad shoulders for others as they strive to become giants in their own worlds

• have fun, spread fun, love humor, seek smiles not victims, laugh at ourselves, laugh a lot .....
